1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using GradeMyProfessor Bahrain ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years of age and currently or formerly enrolled in a higher education institution in Bahrain to use this Platform. By creating an account, you represent that this is the case.

3. User Accounts

To submit ratings, you must create an account with a username, email address, and password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Your account may be suspended or terminated if you violate these Terms.

4. User-Submitted Content

When you submit a rating or review, you agree that:

Your review reflects your honest, personal experience with the professor or course. You will not submit false, misleading, defamatory, or malicious content. You will not include personal identifying information about professors, staff, or other students (such as phone numbers, addresses, or private communications). You will not use the Platform to harass, threaten, or intimidate any individual. Content that violates these guidelines may be removed without notice.

5. Anonymity & Confidentiality

Your ratings are published anonymously. Your username and email address are never displayed alongside your reviews and are never shared with professors, universities, or other users. We collect this information solely for account verification, moderation, and communication purposes (such as notifying you when your review is approved).

6. Content Moderation

All submissions are subject to review. We reserve the right to approve, reject, or remove any content at our sole discretion. Reviews that meet our quality standards may be automatically approved. Reviews that appear to violate our content guidelines will be held for manual review.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You may not: submit reviews for professors you have not taken courses with; create multiple accounts to manipulate ratings; use automated tools to submit reviews; attempt to identify anonymous reviewers; use the Platform for any illegal purpose.

8. Intellectual Property

By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display and distribute your content on the Platform. You retain ownership of your content.

9. Disclaimer

The Platform is provided "as is." We do not guarantee the accuracy of user-submitted reviews. Ratings reflect individual student opinions and should not be the sole basis for academic decisions.

GradeMyProfessor Bahrain is a neutral hosting platform. We do not author, endorse, or verify user-submitted reviews. All reviews represent the sole opinion of the individual who submitted them.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless GradeMyProfessor Bahrain, its operators, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or legal costs arising from content you submit to the Platform.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

13. Content Disputes

If you believe a review contains false, defamatory, or otherwise unlawful content, you may submit a removal request to support@grademyprofessor.bh. We will review all requests within 7 business days.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Bahrain. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Bahraini courts.
